Dr. Zimmerman has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 1979 and has been in the Barrington area since 1983. He is affiliated with Good Shepherd Hospital. Dr. Zimmerman received his medical degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American Fertility Society and the Chicago Medical Society. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Biology and Masters of Science in Ecology from Northwestern University. Dr. Zimmerman is married with four children and resides in Barrington.
Stephanie is a board certified women's healthcare nurse practitioner. She provides office based obstetrical and gynecological care. She also focuses on health prevention, maintenance and education. She practiced in New York prior to moving to the Barrington area in 1999. Stephanie received her Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 1997 from the University of Pennsylvania Ob/Gyn Nurse Practitioner Program. She is nationally certified as a Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner from the NCC and is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH) and the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing. Stephanie graduated in 1990 with an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) from Manatee Community College, Florida. Stephanie lives in the Barrington area with her husband and two children.
Hanna has been a board certified adult nurse practitioner since 2003. She provides office care with an interest in teen, perimenopause, and menopause education and treatment. Hanna has greater than 30 years of nursing experience, and for the past 14 years has been with a reproductive and gynecology practice. Hanna received her Nurse Practitioner's degree from North Park University in 2003, bachelors and masters degrees from Northern Illinois University, and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH). American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). She is recognized as a national speaker for the ASRM and other national and local organizations. Hanna currently resides in the Hoffman Estates area.

From adolescence to retirement and beyond, there are many areas of a woman's health care needs that affect the quality of her life. Our preventative and general gynecology medical services are provided to help our patients manage their health care for all stages of life.
Day Surgery Information
The healthcare providers at our office provide our pregnant patients with care throughout their pregnancy. From conception, verifying pregnancy, delivering, our experienced medical staff provide the very best obstetrical care.
Our prenatal program includes regular medical checkups for the expecting mother including patient education and access to birthing class information, and more.
Our Ultrasonographers
Dr. Randy Zimmerman's office has state-of- the-art Voluson ultrasound equipment which has 3-dimensional/4 -dimensional technology that allows for more detailed imaging especially in gynecological cases. The use of 4-dimensional option shows 3-dimensional objects moving in almost real-time.

Many services provided in this office are covered and paid for by most insurance plans. Unfortunately, not all services are covered by insurances. You are ultimately responsible in paying for services received in this office. In cases were insurances does not pay for services, you will be personally responsible for the bill.

Anne Stone
Anne began performing ultrasounds in obstetrics and gynecology in 1976. As the office ultrasonographer, Anne has the ability to understand and operate complex diagnostic equipment while simultaneously focusing on the needs of the patient. Anne also holds professional memberships with AIUM (American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine), ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography), SDMS (Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography), ASRM (American Society for Reproductive Medicine).
Terrie Ciez
Terrie’s sonography career began in 1974 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She also coordinates and teaches the sonography program at the College of DuPage. Terrie has worked in hospitals, clinics, physician offices, world-wide application specialist in sonography and nuclear medicine to running her own mobile ultrasound company for 21 years. Terrie enjoys working in the office atmosphere where she can continue her sonography skills and provide her patients with the highest quality exams while completing her doctorate degree at Northern Illinois University.
